Production
Quality Control Director:
This position is based out of Shanghai, China. To be considered for the position you must have the following qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years experience managing a Quality Assurance / Control Team. * We prefer experience in Home Textiles but would consider candidates from fabric or apparel industry.*Must have experience with color (dying, printing, finishing, testing, yarn dyed vs. piece dyed) * Must have experience with woven fabrics, specifically jacquards. * Must have exceptional organizational, operational and communication skills. * Must be detailed oriented* Must be hands on in managing a business and directing subordinates. *Must be willing to be based out or Shanghai, China. * Must be willing to travel to US Headquarters up to 4 times a year to work with owner and buying teams.
Sourcing Manager:
This position is based out of our Edison, New Jersey Headquarters. To be considered for the position you must have the following qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years experience in management of Sourcing/Price Negotiation/Production as it relates to importing from China. * Prefer someone with experience in home textiles, but would also consider candidates from fabric or apparel industry. * Must have experience with negotiating price of fabric and finished product with Chinese factories overseas. Will have P/L accountability regarding maintenance of company margins. * Must have managerial experience, with a minimum of 2 direct reports and 10+ indirect reports.* Must understand/have experience with the product development process and international sourcing (as it relates to China). * Must have great organizational, operational and communication skills. * Must be detail-oriented. * Must speak/read/write/type English. * Must be willing to travel overseas to China (approximately 6 times per year, 10 days each trip). * Must be hands-on.

This position is based out of our Edison, New Jersey Headquarters. To be considered for the position you must have the following qualifications: * Understands the business of the Retailing/Textile business.* Understands and knows how to prioritize work loads. * Has a good understanding of what production is at a manufacturing company. * Experience working in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. *Understands and knows Textile design Terminology. *Is an effective communicator.
