Production

Production/Merchandising Manager

This position is based out of our Edison, New Jersey Headquarters. To be considered for the position you must have the following qualifications:

• Experience with Merchandising and Product Development required.
• Must speak, read and write fluent Mandarin.
• Must have experience with Apparel or Home Textiles and must have excellent communication/follow up skills, organizational and administrative skills.
• Candidates must be willing to take ownership of their work. Will act as liaison between U.S. Headquarters, China Office and Chinese Factories.
• Must be business savvy and able to negotiate.
• They will oversee sample development from start to finish and ensure that delivery schedules are met. They will also work with the Quality Control Department to help ensure standards.
• They will assist in the testing of products.
• Should come from a good buying house and be at a Senior Merchant Level.
• Must be willing to travel to china 3 to 4 times a year.

Assistant Director of Mechandising

This position is based out of Shanghai, China. To be considered for the position you must have the following qualifications:

• Experience with merchandising and product development required.
• Must have 8-10 years experience with home textiles, strong experience in jacquard bedding is a plus.
• Able to lead a team of 4-6 merchandisers and work very independently for sourcing, product development, production and OTD.
• Must have excellent communication/follow up skills, management skills, organizational and administrative skills.
• Working experience in top 10 home textiles company is a plus.
• Candidates must be willing to take ownership of their work and be a problem solver.
• Will act as liaison between US headquarters and Chinese factories.
• Must be business savvy and able to negotiate.
• They will oversee sample development from start to finish and ensure that delivery schedules are met.
• They will also work with the fabric technicians to help ensure standards.
• They will oversee testing on products.
• Textile Engineer education background preferred

Production Intern

This position is based out of our Edison, New Jersey Headquarters.We are looking for a FULL-TIME Production Intern for our Production/Sourcing Team.As a Production Intern, you will support the Production Managers in the manufacturing of product. The role will also assists in the creation and coordination of the Time and Action Calendars, negotiation and overall communication with factories in the Far East. College Grads are Welcome to Apply! • Must be fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing
• International Trading, Economics, Marketing or other related major preferred
• Must have organizational skills and strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented

Quality Control and Technician

Production and Quality Manager

This position is based out of Shanghai, China. To be considered for the position you must have the following qualifications:

• 10 + years working experience in home textile or apparel manufacturing: Preferably factory manager or production manager title.
• Have at least 3 years management experience managing QC team or production team in previous jobs
• Excellent logic and problem solving skills
• Able to travel to factories and relocate
• Textiles educational background a plus.

Color Technician

This position is based out of Shanghai, China. To be considered for the position you must have the following qualifications:

• Must have experience in Fabric development as it relates to woven fabrics and Color (Dyeing/Printing).
• Must be technically trained with at least 5 years experience working with Factories and labs.
• Jacquard experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to develop fabric with factory, according to requested specification.
• Preference is that they have experience in fabric development as it relates to Home Textiles. We will also consider an Apparel and Fabric Background.
• Must be able to manage projects and timelines, so they can hit timelines.
• Must be willing to travel to factories on a weekly/constant basis.
• Must have a Mill Background and Textile Engineer background.
