A: Please call 1-800-583-9845 to request FREE replacement brackets.
Please a message including your name, phone number, address, and number of
brackets needed and you can expect to receive your replacement brackets in the mail within one week.

Q: How do I properly attach the head rail to brackets?
A: Please refer to our “Product Support” link on our website (Click Here for Product Support) to find step by step visual instructions showing how to properly attach head rail to brackets.

Q: Why do the brackets appear to be far too small for the head rail?
A: Brackets may appear to be too small prior to installation; however you will find that metal will bend to fit tightly on head rail during installation. Please refer to our “Product Support” link on our website (www.victoriaclassics.com) to find step by step visual instructions.

Q: How do I perform an OUTSIDE mount installation?
A: The brackets are mounted with two bugle head screws through the back end of the bracket flat against the window molding or the wall above the window (as opposed to being mounted flat against the top sill surface as inside mount).

Q: How do I clean my roman shade?
A: Occasional dusting or vacuuming with a brush attachment is all that is necessary to keep your shade looking new.

Q: Are there any additional lengths/sizes?
A: The length is the standard 64” for all sizes. The product is carried in four different widths: 23”, 27”, 31”, and 35”.
